Life Study lessons are for anyone who wants to know more about God’s promises for their life, as written in God’s Word, the Holy Bible. We’ve designed our Life Studies groups to be a dynamic, systematic learning adventure through God’s Word, hosted in a relaxed, comfortable study environment.

Life Study groups are for new Christians and “Seasoned Saints” alike. Life Study lessons will teach you practical study tools to better understand and apply scriptures in your daily life. The Bible can be an intimidating book if you’re not familiar with it, so many people give up before they even get started. But you don’t have to give up, and you don’t have to be a Bible scholar to understand and enjoy the timeless truths and promises that are waiting for you in God’s Word!

Life Study groups are an eight-week series of get-togethers (usually held once a week, in the evening) where you’ll learn important principles of God’s Word. Each week there’s a short, thought provoking lesson led by an inspiring Life Studies teacher where you’ll learn and discuss fascinating lessons in scripture like: “The Spoken Word of God” and “The Fall of Man”.

There are dozens of Life Studies groups being taught each week in homes, coffee shops, office break rooms, and church classrooms throughout Sonoma County! Each Life Study lesson is designed to be easy and flexible so you can start one whenever, and wherever you want. Life Study lessons are usually taught in a group setting, but they can also be taught as a one-on-one study. We have Life Studies teachers standing by to get you started. Life Study groups are also a great way to have your family and friends join you in studying the amazing promises found in God’s Word!

Life Study lessons are an ongoing event at The Promise Center. Once we reach the eighth lesson, we start right back up again with a new group at lesson number one. Please come join our current Life Studies group that meets at 6:30pm on Tuesday evenings in the home of John & Theresa Chancellor – or maybe you’d like to host your own Life Study group?!
