The tithe is the first 10% of your income. God teaches that everything we have comes from Him, and the first portion is set apart as holy and dedicated back to Him. Scripture calls us to be faithful in bringing the tithe.

Offerings are any gifts you give above and beyond your tithe. While the tithe is brought to the local church, offerings are an opportunity to be generous wherever God leads you and wherever there is need.

Many followers of Jesus regularly give and assume they are tithing. Regular giving is a meaningful and commendable step—but tithing is specifically returning the first full 10% of your income to the local church. Tithing is a tangible act of trust and obedience, and it plays a vital role in building God’s Kingdom through the local church.

The Promise Center is fully funded by tithes and offerings. Your generosity supports ministry, staff, facilities, and community outreach.

We practice strong stewardship by giving 10% to missions and saving 10%, prayerfully stewarding every dollar to serve people and advance God’s Kingdom.

All gifts are recorded securely and confidentially, allowing us to provide quarterly and year-end statements through Overflow. Cash gifts must be placed in an offering envelope with complete information to be credited. You can access your giving at any time using the button below.
