We spend a lot of time taking care of everything around us. Our families. Our work. Our schedules. Our responsibilities.

But when was the last time you stopped and paid attention to what’s happening inside of you?

Jesus asked a powerful question:

“What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul?” Mark 8:36

This fall at The Promise Center, we’re asking a simple question that might be more important than we realize:

How’s your soul?

Over five weeks, we’ll have honest conversations about what the soul is, what it needs to be healthy, the importance of rest and community, how God brings healing to the places that have been wounded, and why the condition of our soul matters for eternity.
